Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering with or placing an order through Pharmacy Weight Loss Birmingham, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Birmingham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing online weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Birmingham and the wider UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and applicable UK legislation.

We reserve the right to decline any application where eligibility criteria are not met. Providing false or misleading health information is a serious risk to your safety and may constitute fraud.
All prescription medications supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Birmingham are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by one of our registered prescribers. A valid UK prescription will be generated before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
We do not supply prescription medications without a valid prescription. Our prescribers may decline to issue a prescription at their clinical discretion. Prescriptions are non-transferable and issued for your personal use only.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full payment is required at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely via an encrypted third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your payment will be taken at the time of order, but dispensing only occurs following prescriber approval.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at checkout.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications, where applicable, and that your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, cancellation may not be possible in accordance with UK pharmaceutical regulations.
Dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned or reused for safety and regulatory reasons. Refunds for dispensed prescription items will only be issued where there is a proven dispensing error on our part.
If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
